ADVIZE Terms of Use

Effective September 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of advize.io, the ADVIZE Portfolio Manager, TradeIQ, PRISM, and the content and emails that come with them (together, "the service"), operated by NEXT GEN Global Partners LLC ("we", "us"). By registering or using the service you agree to them.

What the service is — and is not

ADVIZE is a research and portfolio-simulation service. The models, signals, orders, portfolio figures and commentary it produces are generated by systematic rules applied to market data and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and not a recommendation tailored to you. We are not your investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary.

Past performance, including back-tested and simulated results, is not a guarantee of future results. Simulated results do not reflect actual trading, and actual trading involves costs, slippage and risks the simulation does not capture. You are responsible for your own investment decisions; consult a qualified professional before acting.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise. Institutional plans may be used by the firm named on the account for its own advisory work.

Plans, trials and billing

New accounts receive a free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cadence you choose — monthly, quarterly or annually — and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial periods. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you. If a payment fails, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own investing or, on an institutional plan, your firm's advisory work. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape or republish the models, signals, data or reports; do not share your login; do not try to access other members' accounts or interfere with the service. Aggregate statistics we publish may be quoted with attribution.

Data and content

Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; we check it for consistency but do not warrant it. Your portfolios and work product are yours; you give us the right to store and process them to run the service. The WaveTech models, methodology, software and content are ours and our licensors', protected by copyright and other laws.

Availability

We aim to run the models every market day but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any loss — including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising from its use or from any interruption of it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. On closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date, and significant changes are emailed to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law of your jurisdiction says otherwise.
